Well Cottage is a detached annexe, approximately 10 meters from the farmhouse, approached through an enclosed garden, complete with original well..

The self-contained accommodation comprises the whole of the ground floor, approached via a stable style door which leads into a large double bedroom and sitting area with comfortable armchairs.

A short corridor leads to the bathroom (bath, over bath shower, basin and WC) and to a further single bedroom.

Breakfast is a stylish treat. A Full English and/or Continental spread is served in the farmhouse conservatory at a time to suit you. Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy the wonderful garden and ponds, and to take your time over a leisurely start to the day!

Well Cottage is let as a whole unit, irrespective of whether the single room is used or not. Prices range between £30 and £40 per person per night depending on the season.  Children under 16 are charged a reduced rate, and infants under 2 are free.

Although Duck End in primarily let for self catering, short notice bookings can be made for B&B in Duck End if it is available. Here you can combine the convenience of B&B with the luxury of self-catering accommodation.

We regret that Well Cottage is not suitable for pets (but we welcome dogs in both our self-catering cottages).
