We are lucky enough to be right in the middle of the South Hams, with all it has to offer. For sailing and watersports, Salcombe is only 13 miles away.

For shopping, bistros and galleries, we are almost equidistant from Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, each with their own character and style.

We could not be better off for beaches with Slapton and Blackpool Sands only 5 miles away. Bantham Beach, Bigbury and East Portlemouth are all an easy drive away, and some of the beaches allow dogs all year round.

Wildlife, birdwatching and fishing are in abundant supply with several National Trust sanctuaries very close.
