The gardens surrounding Pond Cottage are fenced in and provide a large play area at the front, and a secluded more private garden at the back of the barn.

The sitting room/dining room and kitchen is open plan. A feature gallery above the kitchen is approached by an open tread staircase, providing a separate seating area surrounded by books and games, with its own video player. This area is popular with adults and children alike, although the steep stairs probably make it less suitable for toddlers and the elderly.

Downstairs there is one double bedroom with a sink, and an ensuite shower room with WC. There are two further bedrooms, one single with wardrobe, and one with bunks in it. A further shower room with shower, basin and WC completes the accommodation.
